Implementation

For whom. The decision is made, now it has to ship.

Included. Configuration, data migration, user acceptance testing with your key users, training, go-live support, and thirty days of hypercare afterwards.

Model. Fixed price per functional phase, or capped time and materials.

Method. Standard first. Custom development only where your business is genuinely different from everyone else's.

Version migration

For whom. You are stuck on an old version, with custom code nobody dares touch.

Method. Inventory of custom modules, a keep / rewrite / drop decision on each one, database migration on a test environment, parallel run, then cutover.

Key point. Half of your custom code is now standard Odoo. We start by deleting what no longer earns its keep, which is usually where the savings are.

Track record. Continuity maintained across two major versions on a live production system, v15 through v18.

Training and support

Formats. Role-based sessions for sales, purchasing, inventory or accounting teams, administrator training, or a monthly retainer.
